Here at B.J. Willy’s, a restaurant in West Linn Oregon, we are passionate about pizza. We are always trying new flavors and recipes to bring to the public because we believe that you only live once, but if you eat well, once is enough. Because we are dedicated to bringing great tasting food to the many rather than the few we are thrilled to announce the opening of our 3^rd location, at Progress Ridge Town Square. Which is an ideal location conveniently located between the neighborhoods of Bull Mountain and Murray Hill, straddling the city line between Tigard and Beaverton. Our newest location features two woodfired ovens, our largest bar yet, with 12 beer taps, and indoor / outdoor seating for 200+ patrons.

In the spirit of our grand opening we wanted to celebrate with a blog dedicated the special ingredients that make our pizzas so unique and have helped make us a family favorite restaurant.

FIRE PIE

If you like it hot, we dare you to try this one! Tomato sauce topped with fresh mozzarella, spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, fire roasted jalapeño peppers, and fresh roma tomatoes. This is a classic pizza with a firey twist. Guest rave about the jalapeno and its juicy flavor. If you crave a little spice this pizza pie is one to try.

MAC-N-CHEESE PIZZA

The ultimate comfort food! Our signature creamy macaroni and cheese dish put on a pizza. Who would have thought that one of the most popular comfort foods would make a great tasting pizza? Our chefs sure hit this one out of the ballpark with a creamy essence in every bit. It is the cheesiest pizza pie you may ever try.

THE BRICK

Tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella topped with Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, mushrooms and black olives. Most people don’t think to put salami on pizza, but our chefs know how to surprise and delight with refreshing combinations of fresh ingredients. The Brick pizza is a house favorite because the traditional style pizza is mixed up with a meat lover’s paradise.

BBQ PULLED PORK

BBQ sauce, red onion, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. At B.J. Willy’s we sure love to cook up BBQ. What better way to delight your senses with a BBQ sauce smothered pizza with tender pork. One of our favorite pizza pies.

B.J. Willy’s is pleased to announce that we will offer home and business delivery beginning in November through our partnership with Delivered Dish. B.J. Willy’s Woodfired Pizza and Cafe and B.J. Willy’s Public House and Eatery will have the entire menu available.

Delivered Dish is an online food ordering system that coordinates catering and home/office delivery. Contact us for details and be sure to look for our delivery option in early 2011!
